Advantages:Accurate operating hours recording, speed display from 100 rpmManipulation-proofEasy installation, robust, reliable constructionNo additional costs due to battery operation Power supply necessary, long battery life Cost-effective purchase Function: A sensor disk with an integrated magnet is mounted on the PTO connecting shaft on the implement. At a short distance from this there is an inductive sensor that records the rotational movements and forwards them to the counting device. The counting process/time measurement only begins when the idle speed of the PTO shaft has exceeded 100 rpm. The counting device is equipped with a digital hour and minute display. The switch between operating hours display and speed display occurs automatically. As soon as the revolutions of 100 rpm are reached, the speed is displayed. When the drive shaft subsequently comes to a standstill, the display switches to the operating hours.Easy installation:The encoder disc is pushed over the standardized PTO shaft connecting piece and secured with a locking screw. An inductive sensor records the speed and passes it on to the operating hours counter. The cable length from the sensor to the display is 1.5m.
