In the FAIE points world, you can collect points with every purchase and redeem them for EUR discounts, reward items or other promotions. Quite simply in the online store or personally on the phone.

You can find the exclusive reward items here on the site, in your shopping cart, in your customer account, in the FAIE app or, of course, by phone. 

Alternatively, you can exchange your collected points for an immediate EUR discount on your next order, directly in the shopping cart or when you order by phone. 

An example: You are a loyal customer of FAIE and place an order worth 100,- in the FAIE online store. You receive 500 points for this. Now you can use your 500 points

1. redeem for great reward items
2. redeem for a discount
3. collect the points for later

Either way. You score.

*Excluding individual sale items, special offers and discounted goods. Redeeming vouchers reduces the number of points. Due to the calculation of vouchers, credit notes and discounts, there may be differences in the points balance displayed.

Conditions of participation

1. Eligibility to participate

In principle, all FAIE customers are eligible to participate, with the exception of dealers and resellers.

2. Registration

Participation in the points program is free of charge. When using the points program online, registration in the FAIE online store is required. Non-registered customers (guest customers) are not recorded in the system and do not receive any bonus points. FAIE customers who do not order via the online store will receive the points balance on their invoice. These customers also have the option of redeeming their points by telephone.

FAIE APP: the points are only displayed in the FAIE APP for online customers (after login).

3. FAIE points

As a program member, you benefit from a wide range of advantages. FAIE reserves the right to change, supplement or restrict the content of the benefits. You can find an up-to-date list of all program benefits online.

3.1 Collect points

You will receive 5 points per 1,- purchase value.

3.2 Prebooked Points

The points you collect with your orders will be credited to you after a period of 30 days. During this time, these points are considered to be reserved. The final credit will only be issued after this period, provided that no final purchase reversal has taken place (excluding warranty claims).

3.3 Validity

The earned points are valid for 24 months.

3.4 Notification of the points score

You will be informed regularly about your current points balance. You will be notified electronically (by e-mail), by post or on your invoice. Non-cash rewards or prizes cannot be exchanged for other products or cash amounts. Possible warranty claims for non-cash rewards and prizes exist to the extent permitted by law. Cash payment of “added value” benefits is excluded.

4. Termination

You can terminate your participation in the FAIE Points World at any time without observing a notice period by notifying us in text form, for example by email ([email protected]). Cancellation is possible at any time.

5. Change of the conditions of participation

We reserve the right to change these conditions of participation. You will be informed of the change and its consequences by e-mail at least 30 days before the change comes into effect. If you do not object to the change before this period expires, the changes will apply to you from the specified date. If you do not accept these new conditions of participation, you can object to the change in text form, for example by e-mail, or cancel your program membership. If you object to the change, the previous conditions will continue to apply to you. We reserve the right to terminate your Bonus Points membership in this case.
