The knife head is secured to the bottom blade using the screws included in the set. This means the knife head for the bottom knife can be used interchangeably on several blade sets.

Swing bolt complete for Busatis/ESM double knife mowers with horizontal swing arm drive.The swing bolt is screwed onto the rocker arms. By connecting the bearing housings to the drive, the rocker arms are moved forwards and backwards. This results in the upper knife moving in opposite directions to the lower knife and this ensures a clean cut.

Top knife for the bidux ESM double-blade bar, compatible with Aebi, IBEX and Köppl, with a total of 29 blades. Five of these are blades with knob for attaching the knife guide arms. The spacing between the centres of the blades is 70 mm. The knive is supplied without the blade head, which is screwed onto the left-hand side when viewed in the direction of travel. The upper-knive-head is secured with 3 M8 fixing screws. The blades with knob are positioned at the 3rd, 9th, 15th, 21st and 27th blades.

Wear plate for ESM cutterhead for mower blade drive via a sliding block with an edge length of 38x38mm. The plate is attached to the inside of the cutterhead with 2 pcs. M6 screws on the inside of the cutterhead. When replacing, both wear plates should always be replaced at the same time. Delivery per piece!
