The oven is double-walled, which guarantees you an even temperature distribution. In cold outside temperatures, the double wall reduces the formation of condensation. The smoking chamber is divided into two parts (heating/wood chamber + smoking chamber) and can be operated separately by two doors. There is also a comfortable ash box. Exhaust gases are removed via the side walls through the chimney flue and therefore do not contaminate the smoke from the smoking flour/chips.
