Description
The PLT4 series flat-face push-fit coupling sockets are standardised hydraulic push-fit coupling components manufactured in accordance with ISO standard 16028. The flat face enables leak-free and drip-free coupling and uncoupling of hydraulic lines. Thanks to full compliance with ISO standard 16028, the coupling is universally interchangeable with flat-sealing couplings from other leading manufacturers.
- Operating pressure: 350–500 bar, depending on size
- Leak-free: When uncoupled, the system remains sealed – no oil escapes and no air enters the system
- Safety locking mechanism: The sliding sleeve features a safety locking system to prevent accidental disconnection; this is activated by turning the sleeve after coupling
- Housing made of high-strength galvanised steel, with Zn-Fe and Zn-Ni finishes
- Standard seals made of NBR
