The application should be carried out 3-5 days after the honey harvest. The second treatment should be carried out in September during 6-14 days after feeding. The size of the wicking paper can be adjusted according to the daily temperature and the hive system and placed on the base plate. It is best to fill the bottle in advance in a suitable place with the amount of formic acid required depending on the type of hive and time of application. The grid shelves should be closed during use and the flight holes should be completely open.Take great care when using formic acid! Always wear protective clothing (safety goggles, acid-proof gloves, long-sleeved cotton clothing)!
