Quantity control & current regulator

portion that is resilient can be extracted from a pipeline with a large flow rate. For example, to supply two separate hydraulic circuits using a large hydraulic pump. Port P has priority. Connections: E=pump, P=adjustable preferred current, B=remaining quantity, QE=max. Input quantity, QP= max. regulated output quantity at connection P.Max pressure 210 bar.
The pressure-compensated 3-way throttle valve allows a constant fluid flow to be set at port P regardless of pressure fluctuations. The excess flow is directed to port B, which can be used as a second service port or return port to a vessel. If port B is used as a second service port, the pressure must not exceed the pressure at port P.Rated size 6 max. Flow 60 L/min, controlled quantity up to max. 30L/minmax. Pressure 315 bar3-way pressure compensatorControl element: rotary knobConnection thread: G1/2"Connection explanation: E = input, P = regulated quantity, B = residual flow ~< br>
Partial ratio 1:1. The incoming oil flow is divided into 2 equal parts regardless of the operating pressure. If the flow direction changes, the partial flows are added back together. Eg for silo tongs with 2 cylinders. If the silo tongs are filled unevenly, the cylinders are subjected to different stresses. This can be prevented with the flow divider.
From a pipeline with a large flow rate, a partial quantity can be withdrawn that is resilient and adjustable. For example, to supply two separate hydraulic circuits using a hydraulic pump. Port P has priority.Pressure relief valve adjustable from 10 to 250 bar.
For volume regulation for a consumer in both flow directions.Max. Pressure 350 bar.
For quantity regulation for a consumer in one flow direction. E.g.: Raise front loader - free/lower - throttled.Max. Pressure 350 bar.
