Multi-coupling dnp

The PSF multi-coupling from dnp was developed to enable coupling under residual pressure on the mould side. The coupling plugs allow the hydraulic lines to be connected up to a pressure of 200 bar! The special seals of the connectors are designed for this application. The hydraulic lines are connected via flat-sealing coupling elements, which allow several hydraulic lines to be connected or disconnected within a very short time. This is done with an operating lever whose guide link is designed to minimise the operating forces. The outstanding features of the multi-coupling are that the connections cannot be mixed up, the connection is quick, it can be coupled under residual pressure and leakage during the coupling process is optimally minimised. Another advantage is its interchangeability with the Faster multi-coupling P506. Not only are the two halves of the multi-coupler interchangeable with Faster P506, but also the plugs and sockets.
