When harvest time comes around, every minute counts. A loose blade means downtime and unclean cuts. Our countersunk rivets in accordance with DIN 661 are specially designed for the extreme shear forces and vibrations involved in riveting mower blades.
The solid rivets are made of high-quality steel and can withstand the constant stress caused by stone chips, harvested material and vibrations.
Easy to use: a precise drill hole is all that is needed. The upsetting of the shaft creates a vibration-proof, force-fit connection that can withstand even extreme loads.
The countersunk rivets are supplied in packs of 200. From a diameter of 8 mm, the packs contain 100 rivets.
