B-grade product due to best before date 05/2026Ideal for making homemade sausages. The airtight package contains 15 m of lamb casings (some in sections). Suitable for making very fine sausages such as bratwurst (Wernberger/Nürnberger) and grilled sausages. Approximately 4.6 m of casings are needed for 1 kg of sausage filling (depending on the thickness of the meat pieces and the consistency of the filling). Instructions: Soak the casings in water at approximately 30°C for about 30 minutes before use. Storage: Store at room temperature, in a dry place, and away from sunlight before opening. Refrigeration is best, as it extends the casings' shelf life. After opening, we recommend storing the casings at a temperature of 4–14°C, preferably salted, in the refrigerator. Any unused casings can easily be frozen and used for future production. Do not refreeze after thawing!
The BAG in BOX packaging system consists of an outer box and a bag with a VITOP dispenser. Ideal for storing fruit and vegetable juices, wine... also suitable for hot filling up to 80C. Long shelf life as atmospheric oxygen is prevented from entering.The fruit juice is packaged in a flexible bag that acts as an oxygen barrier and is itself in a cardboard packaging. Protected from light and oxygen, the nutritional benefits and the aroma of the fruit juice remain fresh for several months. The bag consists of several inner films and an outer film with an oxygen barrier.
