It allows edible fish to be gutted and thoroughly cleaned in a single step, ready for cooking.
The fish (200–1,300 g) is first opened with a precise knife and then completely gutted using a specially shaped removal head – including the hard-to-reach fish kidneys.
A pneumatically controlled blade, operated by a mushroom button, cleanly separates the throat.
If desired, the gills can also be removed in the same step.
Thanks to its practical design, the device can process around 300–400 fish per hour.
It is particularly efficient when used in combination with a suitable fish washing brush.
This slaughtering aid is available as both a wall-mounted and a tabletop model.
In the tabletop model, the slaughtering aid is installed in a stainless steel sink measuring 120 x 60 x 87 (150) cm.
Both versions are delivered complete – including removal head, suction device, compressor, and all necessary connection parts.
