The practical alternative to the tried-and-tested slaughter aid system: this compact version works entirely without electricity or compressed air. A vacuum suction cup is also not absolutely necessary - but can be connected if required to increase performance. Installation is simple and possible on any work table.
The fish is cut open from the anus to the head using a hooked knife.
The fish is then pressed against the appliance (see Fig. 2), whereby the innards are either pushed directly into the opening provided or - if a vacuum suction cup is used - automatically sucked out.
Without suction, the entrails fall into a collecting container below.
By pressing the push button (see Fig. 3), the entrails and gullet are fixed in place and removed cleanly by simply pulling the fish down.
The fish then only needs to be rinsed - and is immediately ready to cook.
