It has been used successfully countless times as a practical slaughtering aid.
The machine makes it possible to gut and thoroughly clean edible fish in a single step, leaving them ready for cooking.
The fish (200–1,300 g) is opened with a precise knife and then completely gutted using a specially shaped removal head – including the hard-to-reach kidneys.
A pneumatically controlled blade, triggered by a mushroom button, cleanly separates the throat.
If desired, the gills can also be removed in the same step.
Thanks to its practical design, a throughput of around 300–400 fish per hour can be achieved.
The device works particularly efficiently in combination with a suitable fish washing brush.
The device is available as both a wall-mounted and a tabletop model.
Both versions are delivered complete – including removal head, suction device, compressor, and all necessary connection parts.
