Aluminium-Ölluftkühler in Plattenbauweise. Maximaler Betriebsdruck 26 bar, Schutzart IP68.Ölkühler werden bei Dauerbetrieb von hydraulischen Anlagen zur Abkühlung des Hydrauliköls eingesetzt. Vorwiegend werden Ölkühler jedoch auf solchen Anlagen montiert, die nachträglich mit weiteren hydraulischen Verbrauchern ausgerüstet wurden. Bei diesen Umbauarbeiten wird in vielen Fällen der Tankinhalt nicht vergrößert und dadurch erhöht sich der Umlauf und die Temperatur des Öles im Hydrauliksystem. Die optimale Betriebstemperatur einer Hydraulikanlage liegt zwischen 50-60°C. Erhöht sich die Temperatur zu stark, muss die überschüssige Wämemenge über einen ÖL/Luftkühler abgeführt werden.Um die Größe des Ölkühlers festlegen zu können, benötigen wir für die Berechnung einige Daten von Ihnen:- Zahnradpumpe oder Regelpumpe- Fördermenge der Pumpe in L/min- Tankinhalt in L (wenn bekannt)- Öldruck im Hydrauliksystem in bar- Umgebungstemperatur in °C- Öltemperatur der Hydraulikanlage in °C- Anschlussspannung in VWir berechnen gerne für Sie den benötigten Ölkühler und freuen uns auf Ihre Anfrage

The GT series oil coolers are a fully assembled cooler package consisting of an oil air cooler, fan control with sensor, connections, vibration dampers and protective housing.The temperature is controlled via an electronic control in conjunction with a temperature sensor. Depending on the oil temperature, this fan control ensures the optimal fan speed and a smooth start-up of the fan. This reduces noise and increases the service life of the fan unit.The protective housing is a stable frame with a metal protective grille in front of the cooling element.
