How is the peat rub applied?
Apply a thin layer to the desired areas of the body and massage in gently.
For large-area applications and massages, it is recommended to test skin compatibility on a small area first.

Why does it create a warming sensation on the skin?

The formula contains Spanish pepper (capsaicin), which can cause skin redness and a warming sensation. This reaction is normal. If the effect is too intense, the rub can be applied more sparingly or mixed with a neutral skin cream.

What should be considered during use?
Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, and open wounds. Do not apply to the face. Wash hands thoroughly after use. Not suitable for infants and toddlers. Do not use additional heat sources. Do not use if allergic to capsaicin, arnica, or other plants of the Asteraceae (daisy) family.
