Easter lamb

Ingredients for 1 Easter lamb (baking tin with 900 ml)

For the mold: 

  • Liquid butter
  • Crumbs

Dough: 

  • 80g Shugar
  • 90g Oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 100 g Wheat flour
  • 5g Backing powder
  • 50g Natural yogurt

Preparation:

  1. First preheat the oven to 170 degrees hot air. Then coat the baking tin with butter and sprinkle with a thin layer of breadcrumbs.
  2. For the batter, mix the sugar, oil and eggs well in a bowl. Then stir in the wheat flour, baking powder and natural yogurt.
  3. Pour the batter into the baking tin and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for approx. 25-30 minutes.
  4. Leave the baked lamb to cool in the tin for 15 minutes and then carefully remove from the tin.
