However, oil coolers are primarily installed on systems that have been subsequently equipped with additional hydraulic consumers. In many cases, the tank contents are not increased during these conversion work and this increases the circulation and temperature of the oil in the hydraulic system. The optimal operating temperature of a hydraulic system is between 50-60C. Vorwiegend werden Ölkühler jedoch auf solchen Anlagen montiert, die nachträglich mit weiteren hydraulischen Verbrauchern ausgerüstet wurden. Bei diesen Umbauarbeiten wird in vielen Fällen der Tankinhalt nicht vergrößert und dadurch erhöht sich der Umlauf und die Temperatur des Öles im Hydrauliksystem. Die optimale Betriebstemperatur einer Hydraulikanlage liegt zwischen 50-60°C. When machines and devices are switched off, the hydraulic lines are often under residual pressure or, for example, pressure has built up due to heating due to solar radiation. Coupling to the tractor hydraulics is then difficult or completely impossible. The hydraulic connector is then hit against a solid object so that the valve opens and the pressure is reduced. This causes the hydraulic oil to spray in all directions and hydraulic oil also enters the ground. In the long run, the coupling nipple at the front of the plug is also damaged.With the oil pressure drain pliers, the excess pressure in the hydraulic line at the plug is controlled, released safely and in an environmentally friendly manner. There are no more spilled workplaces and oily clothes!

The counting process/time measurement only begins when the idle speed of the PTO shaft has exceeded 100 rpm. The counting device is equipped with a digital hour and minute display. The switch between operating hours display and speed display occurs automatically. As soon as the revolutions of 100 rpm are reached, the speed is displayed. When the drive shaft subsequently comes to a standstill, the display switches to the operating hours.Easy installation:The encoder disc is pushed over the standardized PTO shaft connecting piece and secured with a locking screw. An inductive sensor records the speed and passes it on to the operating hours counter. The cable length from the sensor to the display is 1.5m.
