The multi-coupling PSF from dnp was developed to enable coupling under residual pressure on the tool side. The coupling plugs allow the hydraulic lines to be connected up to a pressure of 200 bar! The special seals on the connectors are designed for this application.The hydraulic lines are connected via flat-sealing coupling elements through which several hydraulic lines can be connected or separated within a very short time. This is done with an operating lever whose guide link is designed in such a way that the operating forces are kept as low as necessary.The outstanding features of the multi-coupling are the security of connections, quick connection, ability to couple under residual pressure and optimally minimized leakage during the coupling process.
